Alhaji Muhammadu Jibo MFR (Chairman)
Alhaji M. Jibo served in the Nigerian Railway Corporation, Northern Nigerian Government and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he held various positions until he voluntarily retired as a Bursar from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in 1980. He has since held several Public and Private Sector appointments.

 


 

Samuel S. O. Afemikhe (Chief Executive Officer/Managing Consultant)
Mr. Sam S. O. Afemikhe is the founder and Managing Partner of S.S Afemikhe and Company. With over 30 years in practice, he has extensive Public practice experience having worked in various accounting firms in Nigeria and overseas in various capacities. He is also a Consultant for The World Bank on Procurement and project execution review and monitoring.

Mr Afemikhe has built up an immensely important niche in the Oil and Gas industry. Having worked widely in the industry for almost 2 decades, Mr Afemikhe is considered a leading authority in the concept of Value for Money authoring 3 books;

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment from Exeter University with specialization in stock exchange studies.

 


 

Alhaji Kasimu Oshioche Shaibu (Director/Principal Consultant)
Alhaji K O Shaibu is a Chartered Accountant.  He is a fellow of both the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is an Associate Member of the British Institute of Management.

He has served as a director in several companies like the Bendel Textile Mills, VYB Nigeria Limited and was Finance Director BEWAC/VYB for 5 years. He joined S.S. Afemikhe and Company (Chartered Accountants) in 1987 where he held various positions in the firm. 

 


 

Tony Iniomoh (Director/Senior Consultant)
Anthony E. Iniomoh is a graduate of Accounting. He is also an Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Certified Institute of Cost Management Nigeria.

Mr. Iniomoh is an experienced Director with over fourteen years’ experience in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Sector. He is an experienced team lead as he has led Value for Money (VFM) Audit teams in several NNPC Upstream Joint Venture Companies.

He was a team lead in the NEITI 1999-2008 audit and NNPC Forensic and Process reviews.

Mr Iniomoh is an expert in World Bank procurement ex-post reviews, and material management studies.

 


 

Sam A Afemikhe Jr (Director/Lead Consultant)
Sam Afemikhe Jr’s main areas of focus are Upstream Oil & Gas, Corporate Strategy, Change Management, Business Process Improvement and People Development.

Prior to joining SS Afemikhe Consulting, Sam held a number of positions at several Global Investment Banks and Asset Management firms in the United Kingdom. They include Fidelity Asset Managers, Schroders Asset Management, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and the Royal Bank of Canada.

Sam is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Oil and Gas Enterprise Management from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

 


 

Greg Afemikhe (Director/Lead Consultant)
Greg has established himself in various capacities and has developed his international career as a seasoned Business Development consultant, Systems and Project Management consultant. He has held top positions in organisations such as British Gas, Financial Times (Pearson Government solutions), Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), Betfair, to mention a few. This cross-industry experience has offered Greg a key understanding of a variety of specific financial, accounting, business and organisational design processes equipping him for roles where he serves as a Director in companies such as Jamestown Development Ltd, Canalis Energy, Geo-Data systems Limited based in Lagos Nigeria.

He also has a wide knowledge of accounting practices and procedures in the petroleum and extractive industry’s having being part of various consulting assignments on behalf of NNPC in the various SBUs of NNPC, the Nigerian Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI) and the Federal Ministry of Finance.

Greg Afemikhe is a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a member of the British Computer Society (BCS).

He has a BA Hons in Accounting and Finance from The University of the West of England, an MSC in Finance and Management from Exeter University, a Diploma in Business Applications and Certification in Oracle Financial from the Westminster College of Computing.

His key area of focus has been on Procurement, Change Management, Business Process Development, Human Resource Management, Finance and auditing.

 


 

Engr. Bamidele Alfred Olotu (Director/Senior Technical Consultant)
Engr. B. A. Olotu has several years of experience in various petroleum refining and petrochemical plants operations spanning over 30 years.  He was Head of NNPC-WRPC Engineering & Technical Services Department. He was also Coordinator EPCL Operations staff training Programme. He also headed, the NNPC Corporate Planning Budget Department

Engr Olotu has an MSc in Chemical Engineering and is a member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers.  He is a fellow of UOP Engineering design course, Chicago, USA.

Since his departure from NNPC in 1996, Engr. B. A. Olotu, has provided consulting services in the areas of Project Management, Human Resources Development, Materials Management, Waste elimination and Cost reduction strategies.
